Before you begin shopping please check that we deliver to your area by clicking on the map to your right.
We update product availability every Tuesday and you can place an order from then until the following Monday 10pm either online or by telephone. We then deliver to you either that Thursday, or Friday depending on post code, up until about 9pm. Please see the How to Order page for more information on how the service works, delivery charges etc.
For each product you choose to buy, simply state the quantity you require. This will then be added to your shopping basket. You can see a running total of the cost of your Shopping basket, along with a summary list of the items you entered, at the bottom left of the screen. If you want to see everything in your basket, click the view basket option, you can always then carry on shopping.
Much of the fresh produce, in particular meat, poultry and cheese are prepared by hand and therefore we cannot give you exact weights to buy. We have listed typical approximate weights and the producers will do their best to prepare as close to these as possible. When your delivery arrives it may well be a slightly different price to your online or telephone order and we will indicate the differences. We will not take payment from your card until the order has been delivered. If problems arise then please let us know so we can put things right
You do not need to register with us to browse although you will need to do so to buy online.
Payment online is via a secure server so you can be confident you are shopping safely. If you would prefer to order over the phone, the easiest way is to fill your shopping basket and then telephone us.
