About Us …

Sealwood is run by Caroline Royston and Andrew Gray from our home, Sealwood Farm, in the heart of the National Forest.

We produce salad leaf and occasionally herbs and other vegetables at Sealwood Farm without the use of artificial pesticides or fungicides. We also have our own small flock of free range laying hens.

We were inspired to start Sealwood from the interest we received from customers whilst selling our produce at local farmer’s markets.  Because most farmer’s markets are held monthly our customers asked us where they could buy our produce between markets.  Distribution for small producers is difficult and usually not viable.  So, we decided to make it easier for customers to buy from their favourite small local producers on a regular basis.

Our aim is to make it easy for people to buy fresh local food weekly.  You get the freshest food possible, local farming and production is sustained and the environment benefits from fewer food miles.

If you have a favourite local producer that does not supply this service then please tell us about them and we will see if we can include them.

Thank you for your interest in Sealwood and we hope you enjoy the experience.

The banner view at the top of each page is overlooking the new National Forest woodland, Gunby Lea Wood on the neighbouring land to Sealwood Farm.
