Delivery
For more information on delivery please see the delivery section in the How To Order page. Deliveries are made each Thursday or Friday depending on post code up until about 10pm. Have a look at our Delivery Schedule for an approximate indication of when we normally deliver to addresses within Areas 1 and 2 (broadly illustrated on the map below but please use the Post Code checker below for confirmation).
We offer FREE DELIVERY to customers on orders delivered within Areas 1 and 2. If you live outside these Areas but know someone within it who you perhaps see regularly so that they might be happy to receive your delivery, and you collect from them instead, just let us know this delivery address when you place your order.
Delivery to other LE, CV and DE postcodes not included in Areas 1 and 2, falls within Area 3. Delivery to Area 3 is by local courier on Friday afternoons and carries a delivery charge of £5.50. Please see our page 'Delivery to Area 3'.
If you are outside our normal delivery area, but within the UK then we are able to send orders still by national courier. Delivery charges in these cases will usually depend on location and the volume/weight of the order. Please either contact us by email or phone with your requirements, so we confirm the specific charges and process your order.
