Two New Services from Sealwood
People often tell us that t
hey love the food we provide and the service we offer but with busy lives they sometimes just forget to place their order. So we are now pleased to offer a couple of new services.
Firstly, a regular order service. Simply either telephone us or email us with the regular items that you would like and tell us how often you want them delivered to you. It might be every week, every fortnight or just once a month. The choice is yours. You can always add to or change your order provided it still reaches the £15 minimum. We would be grateful for any changes to regular orders by 10pm on the Monday before delivery is due.
We already offer an email reminder service but if you would prefer, we are now offering a text reminder service or a telephone call. Whichever is easier for you. If you would like either of these reminders then give us a call or drop us an email letting us know which, along with your preferred contact number. Texts and calls will go out on Friday afternoons or Monday mornings so again if you have a preference let us know.
Sealwood at 3
In October 2009 Sealwood turned 3. We asked customers for their feedback on our service. We are very grateful to all who responded for the valuable information and insights they provided. Our congratulations also go to Mr & Mrs Holmes of Rolleston on Dove who won a local food hamper.
We were very encouraged by the results with some key findings as follows:
Quality of Sealwood produce 98% either excellent or good
Quality comparison with others 98% either excellent or good
Delivery experience – 100% either excellent or good
Customer Service – 100% either excellent or good
From comments received there are a number of things we are hoping to implement too.
For example, over half of the replies indicated customers would take advantage of discount offers against our normal retail prices. So we have introduced a series of rolling weekly special offers. Discounts will show on final invoices.
Our current offers are a 5% discount off fantastic Greenfield Lamb, near Twycross (excluding Half Lamb boxes). The Offer is open until orders close on Monday, 26th July.
We are also continuing our offer on Soft Fruit, with a 10% saving when you buy any 2 or more punnets from Manor Farm Fruits.
