Sealwood at 3
In October 2009 Sealwood turned 3. We asked customers for their feedback on our service. We are very grateful to all who responded for the valuable information and insights they provided. Our congratulations also go to Mr & Mrs Holmes of Rolleston on Dove who won a local food hamper.
We were very encouraged by the results with some key findings as follows:
Quality of Sealwood produce 98% either excellent or good
Quality comparison with others 98% either excellent or good
Delivery experience – 100% either excellent or good
Customer Service – 100% either excellent or good
From comments received there are a number of things we are hoping to implement too.
For example, over half of the replies indicated customers would take advantage of discount offers against our normal retail prices. So we have introduced a series of rolling weekly special offers. Discounts will show on final invoices.
Our current offer is a 5% discount off Whole Free Range Chickens from G.E.Tomlinson & Family in Stoke Golding, Leicestershire. This offer is available until our 10pm order deadline Monday 15th March.
Our next offer will be a 5% discount off our fabulous range of Sausages from Woodhouse Farm, Elmesthorpe. This will run from Tuesday, 16th March to Monday, 22nd March.
Venison - now listed monthly
We have changed the way we offer venison. It will now be listed once a month, for delivery on the Thursday or Friday following the first Monday of the month during the season. The next available venison therefore will be for delivery on 8th and 9th April, for orders placed in the week leading up to the deadline on Monday 5th April. Please not this will be the last time we will list Venison before the mating season. It will be back again in November.
