Privacy Statement
We are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We do not sell any customer information to any third party so we do not request consent to share your personal details with others. The only circumstances when we may provide details, identifiable to you, to third parties are where we are required to do so by law, in order to administer your order (see section on Payment Details below), where necessary to safeguard the proper operation of our systems or where required for business succession reasons.
We will hold your details on our internal system and we do our best to ensure the security of your details to guard against unauthorised access, use, disclosure or loss.
It is possible to view our site without providing any personal details. However, without registering your details you will not be able to order on line.
Use of information
We will only ask for personal information from you where it is necessary for us to provide our service to you. We will use this information to process your order and payment.
We may also review the products you buy to enable us to give you information about products and services that you may be interested in.
Contacting you
We may occasionally need to contact you to enable us to fulfil your order correctly. For example, if an item you have ordered is unavailable or if your delivery needs to be changed. On such an occasion, we will normally try to reach you by telephone or email. From time to time, we may also send you a letter or email telling you about new products or special offers which we believe may interest you. We will not send you any non-administrative emails or text messages unless you specifically request them.
If you cancel your account with us, we may archive your address and occasionally send you communications inviting you to try us again. You can remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by contacting us (contact details are given on the contact page of our website).
Payment Details
Your payment details will be processed by Protx, the secure online payment services provider. Once your transaction is completed no records of your card details are stored. Whilst going through the checkout process most browsers will display a padlock icon, and the address box will change from an ‘http’ to an ‘https’ prefix to confirm that you are in a secure area.
We will never email you asking you for your payment details; please be wary of fraudulent requests for your card details via this route.

We may provide you links to high quality, reputable sites. When you click through to these sites or any other site not wholly owned by Sealwood, you leave the area controlled by us.
