Delivery to Area 3...
Area 3 includes any LE or CV postcode district outside our free Delivery Areas, along with a number of NG postcodes. Deliveries to Area 3 postcodes are made on Fridays by Fastway Couriers who operate on a local level. Your order will be packed in an insulated box with ice sheets which keeps an appropriate temperature for chilled produce.
Fastway do require a signature on delivery so please make sure you are in. If you are likely to be out, you will need to let us know by the Tuesday evening before delivery at the latest if we need to deliver to an alternative address, or if there is a neighbour who can take your order for you.
We would recommend the Area 3 service predominantly be used for ordering meat, cheese and other chilled produce because of the way the produce is packed. Due to the nature of the particular products, we are sorry but we are unable to deliver the following to Area 3:
Milk
Beers and Wines
Fruit Juices and Spring Water
Bread and Flours
Vegetables
Certain other items may be too delicate to send depending on what else has been ordered. If this is the case we will contact you to let you know.
The delivery charge is £5.50 to Area 3 postcodes on orders up to 25kg in weight. Most orders will be well within this. If your order is over this we will contact you if there is any change to above delivery charge.
On orders over £125.00 delivery will be FREE. The delivery charge will still show on your order confirmation email but will be deducted when we process payment after delivery.
